The Formula 1 After Race Concerts in Jeddah are large scale live music events delivered as part of the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend. Taking place immediately following qualifying and race sessions, the concerts form a key part of the overall event experience, combining world class motorsport with global live entertainment.
Running across two consecutive nights, the concerts feature internationally recognised artists and attract large scale audiences, extending the energy of the race into a high profile live music environment.
The event is centred around a single main stage, supported by VIP viewing platforms, food and beverage concessions and sponsor activations, welcoming approximately 52,000 general admission attendees and 7,700 VIP guests. Special Projects supported the delivery of the concerts from 2023 to 2025, adapting the approach year on year to meet evolving production requirements.

Special Projects was responsible for site management across multiple editions of the Formula 1 After Race Concerts, acting on behalf of MDLBeast throughout the planning and delivery process.
Our role included overseeing infrastructure planning, procurement coordination, supplier management and installation activities across all phases of delivery, from early design development through to live event operations and dismantle. Working within the operational constraints of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix environment, we coordinated closely with the Saudi Motorsport Company to ensure all site activity aligned with Formula 1 operations, access restrictions and wider event scheduling requirements.
Special Projects coordinated the delivery of site infrastructure including power, water, waste management, structures, logistics operations and public event facilities across the concert footprint. This included managing infrastructure scheduling, supplier activity and operational sequencing across both general admission and VIP environments whilst maintaining programme alignment within a fast paced live event setting.
Across multiple editions of the concerts, our role also included adapting infrastructure planning and operational delivery approaches in response to evolving production requirements, changing site conditions and revised operational layouts year on year.
